I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Outpatient Educator who earned my Bachelors of Science from the University of Rhode Island and completed my Dietetic Internship at New York University.
I focus on whole Food Plant Based eating as part of a lifestyle and when aiding others in Diabetes, digestive Disorders, Veganism, and Weight Management.
I also hold a certificate of training in weight management.

Joining the Practice - Cheryl Brock RD, LDN
Cheryl is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist in Rhode Island with a passion for helping people become the healthiest versions of themselves. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics with a minor in exercise science -she’ll get you movin’ - and completed a dietetic internship at the University of Rhode Island. She has experience in corporate wellness with a fun and energized way of motivating people and groups to take a deeper look into how they eat and how their food choices impact their overall wellness. For many years she has worked at Bryant University in RI as a Health and Nutrition Educator empowering their students, and athletes to feel their best and optimize their performance. She works with her clients that have a question of food sensitivities as well as those that have clearly identified food allergies. Using her whole foods approach in a judgment-free environment, she guides her clients as they restructure their eating habits and develop confidence in the connection between optimal wellness and the foods we eat.
